We are hiring a Clinical Director!
Health in Tandem is seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist to join our team as a Clinical Director. This role is ideal for a fully licensed therapist (LCPC/LCSW) who is passionate about providing high-quality clinical care, supervising provisionally licensed therapists, and overseeing all clinical aspects of our practice.

Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based mind-body approaches, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and somatic interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Supervise and support provisionally licensed therapists, ensuring quality care and professional growth.
Oversee clinical matters within the practice, including group consultation, individual supervision, and adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Lead and facilitate clinician onboarding, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
Active LCPC or LCSW license.
Experience in clinical supervision, with a strong understanding of best practices in mentoring and supporting early-career therapists.
Knowledge and experience with evidence-based approaches, such as DBT, ACT, and IFS.
Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee clinical operations within a group practice setting.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest research in therapy and mind-body interventions.
Additional certifications or expertise in mind-body therapies (e.g., EMDR, CADC, neurofeedback, eating disorders, sport psychology) preferred.
