We are hiring a Clinical Director!

Health in Tandem is seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist to join our team as a Clinical Director. This role is ideal for a fully licensed therapist (LCPC/LCSW) who is passionate about providing high-quality clinical care, supervising provisionally licensed therapists, and overseeing all clinical aspects of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based mind-body approaches, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and somatic interventions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

  • Supervise and support provisionally licensed therapists, ensuring quality care and professional growth.

  • Oversee clinical matters within the practice, including group consultation, individual supervision, and adherence to ethical and legal standards.

  • Lead and facilitate clinician onboarding, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or social work.

  • Active LCPC or LCSW license.

  • Experience in clinical supervision, with a strong understanding of best practices in mentoring and supporting early-career therapists.

  • Knowledge and experience with evidence-based approaches, such as DBT, ACT, and IFS.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee clinical operations within a group practice setting.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest research in therapy and mind-body interventions.

  • Additional certifications or expertise in mind-body therapies (e.g., EMDR, CADC, neurofeedback, eating disorders, sport psychology) preferred.
