Must See Ted Talks

My graduate school internship was at a behavioral health hospital running group therapy and one of my favorite parts was the psychoeducation component which consisted of an hour everyday where we taught different skills and had different supplemental materials to go along with the skills. One of the things I carried with me from this experience was just how powerful and moving visual and spoken anecdotes can be and how inspirational it can be for putting skills and change into action. I wanted to carry a little bit of that over and thought, what is more inspiring than Ted Talks? Below are a few of my favorite Ted Talks that I wanted to pass along. Each one highlights something a little bit different related to mental health and that is what I love about them! Take what you find helpful and leave the rest!  Enjoy.
